LAWS OF MARYLAND.

re-enacted by the act of eighteen hundred and ninety-two;
chapter six hundred and sixty, be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows :

SEC. 129. The clerk of the County Commissioners of

against the county, and he shall be allowed to charge such
persons the sum of ten cents for every such oath or affirmation
so administered.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 459.

AN ACT to repeal Section 43 of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, Article 77, title " Public Education," sub-title
"Schools," so far as the same applies to "Allegany County,"
and to add a new section to Article one of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws, title "Allegany County," to be sub-titled
and sectioned with a proper regard to its location in said
Article one.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Repeal.
