CHAPTER 457.
AN ACT to refund to Martin L. Pattison, of Howard County,
a certain sum of money erroneously paid into the treasury.

Effective.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized -
and directed, upon the warrant of the Comptroller, to pay to
Martin L. Pattison, of Howard county, the sum of eight
dollars and fifty-two cents, being the sum which the said
Martin L. Pattison has paid for State taxes erroneously
assessed and paid into the treasury.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 458.
AN ACT to repeal Section one hundred and twenty-nine of
Article eighteen of the Public Local Laws, title "Queen
Anne's County," sub-title "County Commissioners," as
amended and re-enacted by the Act of eighteen hundred
and ninety-two, Chapter six hundred and sixty, and re-enact
the same with amendments.
