26. All persons or corporations having claims against "The
Trustees of the Poor of Anne Arundel County" shall submit
the same in writing to the board of trustees at some one of the
stated meetings, for their examination; and the signatures of
at least three members of the board shall be required as the
evidence of examination and approval before the same is paid
by the treasurer of said county.

27 A. That it shall be the duty of the judges of the Circuit
Court for Anne Arundel county to give this sub title in charge
of the grand jury at each jury term of said court.

SEC. 2. And le it enacted, That the trustees of said aims-
house shall furnish the County Commissioners for said county,
on or before the second Tuesday in the month of May,
eighteen hundred and ninety f our, with a full statement of all
unpaid claims against said "The Trustees of the Poor of Anne
Arundel county."

Effective.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
