CHAPTER 399.

AN ACT to repeal and re enact with amendments, Sections
two hundred and forty-five, two hundred and forty-nine,
two hundred and fifty-four, two hundred and fifty-six, two
hundred and sixty and two hundred and sixty-one of Article
twenty-two. Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Washington County," sub-title "Jerusalem," and to add
additional sections thereto, to be known, respectively, as
Section two hundred and forty tive A, to follow said Section
two hundred and forty-five of said Artiole twenty-two; two
hundred and fifty-four A, two hundred and fifty-four B, two
hundred and fifty-four C, two hundred and fifty-four D, two
hundred and fifty-four E, to follow said Section two hundred
and fifty-four of said Article twenty-two; two hundred and
sixty-one A, two hundred and sixty-one B, to follow said
Section two hundred and sixty one of said Article twenty-
two, Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections two hundred and forty-five, two hun-
dred and forty-nine, two hundred and fifty-four, two hundred
and fifty-six, two hundred and sixty and two hundred and
sixty-one of article twenty-two, Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Washington County," sub-title "Jerusalem," be
and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-

to said article twenty-two, Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Washington County," sub-title "Jerusalem," to be
known as section two hundred and forty-five A, to follow section
two hundred and forty-five of said article twenty-two; sections
two hundred and fifty-four A, two hundred and fifty-four B,
two hundred and fifty-four C, two hundred and fifty-four D, two
hundred and fifty-four E, to follow section two hundred and
fifty-four of said article twenty-two; sections two hundred and
sixty-one A and two hundred and sixty-one B, to follow section
two hundred and sixty-one of said article twenty-two; the said
sections hereby repealed and amended, and the said sections
hereby added to read as follows :

245. That the inhabitants of the town Jerusalem, otherwise
known as Funkstown, in Washington county, are a body cor-
