gift, grant, devise or otherwise, power is hereby given to said
Mikro Kodesh to sell, mortgage or otherwise dispose of said
lots.

Park Pres-
byterian
Church.

Thirty-seventh. To the lease by Mary L. Forrest to the Park
Presbyterian Church of Baltimore city, of the lot of ground
lying at the northwest corner of Madison avenue and North
avenue, and running thence westerly, bounding on the north
side of North avenue one hundred and sixty feet eight and
one fourth inches; thence north at right angles to North
avenue one hundred and ninety-five feet to the center line of
Clendinen street; thence easterly along the center line of
Clendinen street to the southwest side of Madison avenue to
the beginning; as described in a lease from the said Mary L.
Forrest to the said Park Presbyterian Church, dated the nine-
teenth day of December, eighteen hundred and ninety-one,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore city in
Liber J. B., No. 1373, folio 379, &c.; and the sanction and
consent is hereby given to the sale by the said Mary L. Forrest,
her heirs or assigns, to the said Park Presbyterian Church of
Baltimore city, of the reversion in said lot reserved in said
lease, and to the redemption by said church of the ground rent
reserved in said lease, and to the holding of the said lot by the
said Park Presbyterian Church of Baltimore city, in fee
simple.

To bequests

Meyers.

Thirty -eight. To the bequests to "The Vestry of St. Andrew's
Church in the city of Baltimore" of certain personal property
and of the sums of five hundred dollars and one hundred
dollars, as contained and expressed in the second, tenth and
fourteenth clauses of the will of Ella C. Meyers, late of Balti-
more city, deceased, said will bearing date of the second day
of March, eighteen hundred and ninety-three, having been
duly probated, and now of record in the office of the register of
wills for Baltimore city, in Liber T. W. M., No. 71, folio 230.

Thirty ninth. To the following bequests made by Annie
Gordon Broadbent, deceased, by her last will and testament
and the codicil thereto, duly probated and of record in the
office of the register of wills for Baltimore city, all of the
said institutions, as directed by said testatrix, to take by their
representative corporate name, whatever the same may be, viz :
the sum of one thousand dollars bequeathed to the Maryland
Bible Society; the sum of one thousand dollars bequeathed to
the Humane Impartial Society and Aged Women's Home;
