Thirty third. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Silas M. Hamilton, late of Baltimore city,
deceased, to the Trustees of the Seventh Baptist Church of
Baltimore, Maryland.

Thirty-fourth. To the gift or devise made by Jonas Frieden-
wald, late of Baltimore city, deceased, to the "Baltimore
Hebrew Chezuk Amuno Congregation of Baltimore City"
(sometimes written "Chezuk Emoonah Congregation of Balti-
more City"), of all that lot, piece or parcel of land and the
rent thereout issuing, upon which the synagogue of said con-
gregation now stands; the same being on the cast side of
Lloyd street, between Watson and Lombard streets, in the city
of Baltimore and State of Maryland.

Thirty-fifth. To the following bequests made by the last
will and testament of Mary Lucinda Fitch, late of Baltimore
city, deceased : No. 1, to a bequest of fifty dollars to the
Trustees of the Catholic Cathedral Church of Baltimore; No.
2, to a bequest of fifty dollars to the Redemptorists of Balti-
more city; No. 3, to a bequest of one hundred dollars to the
Ammendale Normal Institute of Prince George's county,
Maryland; No. 4, to the bequest of fifty dollars to James
Gibbons, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore; No. 5, to
the bequest of twenty-five dollars to the Rev. P. Donahue, of
the Catholic Cathedral Church of Baltimore.

Thirty-sixth. To the sale and grant by Samuel T. Shaw,
Georgeanna W. Shaw and Josephine H. C. Shaw, to the
Mikro Kodesh of Baltimore city, a body corporate, duly incor-
porated for religious purposes, of all their right, title, interest
and estate in and to all those two adjacent lots of ground with
the improvements thereon, situated in the city of Baltimore,
on the northeast side of High street, and more particularly
described in a deed in fee from the said Samuel T. Shaw,
Georgeanna W. Shaw and Josephine H. C. Shaw to the said
Mikro Kodesh of Baltimore city, dated the third day of May,
in the year eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore city in Liber J. B., No.
1190, folio 22, &c., with the right and power to the said Mikro
Kodesh of Baltimore city to acquire the fee in any lots and
parcels of ground in which they are entitled to a leasehold
interest or less than a fee simple title by virtue of any deeds
and devises made to them, and by this sanction and consent, by
