FRANK BROWN, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR.

the sum of five hundred dollars bequeathed to the Humane
Impartial Society and Aged Men's Home; the sum of five
hundred dollars bequeathed to the Home for the Aged of the
Methodist Episcopal Church, located at the corner of Fulton
avenue and Franklin street in Baltimore city; the sum of tive
hundred dollars bequeathed to the Boys' Home Society of
Baltimore, located on Calvert street in Baltimore city; the sum
of one hundred dollars bequeathed to Calvary Sunday School
of the Methodist Church South, to be paid to the superin
tendent thereof at the time of the death of the testatrix; the
sum of five hundred dollars, bequeathed to the Missionary
Society of the Methodist Church South, an incorporated body,
by whatever name it may be called; the sum of tive hundred
dollars bequeathed to the Calvary Methodist Episcopal Church
South; the sum of one hundred dollars bequeathed to the
Central Methodist Episcopal Church South; the sum of one
hundred dollars bequeathed to the Trinity Methodist Episcopal
Church South, and the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars
bequeathed to the Home for Incurables of Baltimore city.

Fortieth. To the bequest of an annuity of fifty dollars to
the Vestry of St. Paul's Parish of the Protestant Episcopal
Church, in Frederick county, Maryland, by the last will and
testament of Dr. Lloyd T. Duvall, late of Frederick county,
deceased, said will having been duly probated in the Orphans'
Court for Frederick county, on or about the sixteenth day of
December, eighteen hundred and seventy-four.

Forty first. To the bequest of twenty-five shares of the
capital stock of the Baltimore Warehouse Company, sixteen
shares of the capital stock of the National Mechanics' Bank of
Baltimore and the sum of five thousand four hundred dollars
to the Vestry of St. Paul's Parish in Baltimore county, a body
corporate of the State of Maryland, contained in the last will
and testament of Anne Glen, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
which was admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court of Balti-
more city on the twenty-third day of December, eighteen
hundred and ninety-three.

Church of St. Barnabas," a body politic, duly incorporated
under the laws of Maryland, of an annuity of one hundred
and eight dollars, issuing out of a lot of ground in the city of

and expressed in the last will and testament of Rosalba Pawley,
