disposing of the same, according to law, by the said body

Gaither.

Fifth. To the bequest of Hannah B. Gaither, late of Balti-
more city, deceased, of five thousand ($5,000) dollars to the
Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese
of Maryland, for the use of the disabled and superannuated
clergy fund of said convention.

To bequest of
Walter W.
Williams.

Sixth. To the bequest of Walter W. Williams, late of
F Baltimore city, deceased, to the Protestant Episcopal Conven-
tion of the Diocese of Maryland, of one thousand dollars, of
his library, valued at two thousand dollars, and of five hundred
dollars for the use of the fund for superannuated and disabled
clergy.

Worthington

Seventh. To the bequest of Mary G. Worthington, late of
F Baltimore county, deceased, of two thousand dollars to the
Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese
of Maryland, for the use of St. John's Church, Western Run
Parish, in Baltimore county, Maryland.

To lease made
by Locust
Point Co.

Eighth. To the demise and lease made by the Locust Point
Company of the city of Baltimore, by deed dated the first
day of September, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, and
recorded among the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber
J. B., No. 1155, folio 247, &c., of a lot of ground in said city,
to the German United Evangelical Christ Church of Balti-
more city, a body corporate, duly incorporated under the laws
of Maryland; said lot being subject to an annual ground rent
of two hundred dollars, redeemable at pleasure by the said
German United Evangelical Christ Church of Baltimore city
during the continuance of said lease, and described as follows:
Beginning at the corner formed by the northwest side of
Decatur street and the northeast side of Beason street, binding
on Decatur street one hundred feet, with an even and equal
depth northwesterly of one hundred and fifty-three feet, to the
southeast side of Lorrman street, and to the redemption here-
after of the ground rent and the purchase in fee simple of said
demised premises by the said German United Evangelical
Christ Church of Baltimore city, and to the holding and
disposal thereof by the said body corporate.

Ninth. To the sale and grant by Charles Morton Stewart,
Eugene Levering and William H. Blackford, trustees, Robert
