FRANK BROWN, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR.

grants, sales, leases and deeds to and for the use of certain
ministerial persons, religious corporations, denominations or
sects, and to certain charitable institutions as herein set forth :

First. To the bequest of one hundred dollars to the pastor
of Mount Saint Mary's College Church, in Frederick county,
Maryland, as contained in the last will and testament of Mary
C. Dielman, late of Frederick county, Maryland, deceased, as
recorded in record of wills, H. L. No. 1, folio 509 and 510, in
the office of the register of wills of Frederick county, Mary-
land.

To bequest in
will of M. C.
Dielman.

Second. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Charles F. Carroll, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
to James Cardinal Gibbons, archbishop of Baltimore, of five
hundred dollars, to be applied by him towards the payment of
the debt on St. Martin's Roman Catholic Church in Baltimore
city.

To bequest in

Third. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Anna E. Wade, late of Baltimore city, deceased, in
favor of the vestry of Emmanuel Church in the city of Balti-
more; and also to the bequest contained in said will, in favor
of the rector for the time being, of the vestry of the parish of
the Holy Trinity, Carroll county, in the State of Maryland.

fourth. To the sale and grant by the Fifth Presbyterian
Church in the city of Baltimore, anil Annie Hamner, to the
Oheb Sholorn Congregation, a body corporate, duly incor-
porated under the laws of the State of Maryland, of all their,
the said grantors', right, title, interest and estate in and to all
that lot of ground, situate in the city of Baltimore and State
of Maryland, on the east side of Hanover street, distant
eighty-six feet seven and one-half inches southwardly from the
southeast corner of Hanover street and Uhler's .alley, thence
running south on Hanover street seventy-eight feet, with a
depth of even and equal width, easterly one hundred and
forty-six feet to an alley fifteen feet wide; such sale and grant
being evidenced by the two following deeds to said body
corporate, a religious corporation, viz : One from the Fifth
Presbyterian Church in the city of Baltimore, dated the
twenty-second day of March, eighteen hundred and fifty-eight
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore city ir
Liber G. E. S., No. 144, folio 281, &c.; and the other from
Annie Hamner, dated the ninth day of January, eighteen
hundred and eighty-five, and recorded among said land record
