FRANK BROWN, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR.

K. Waring and Kate M. Waring, his wife, Charlotte R. Wil-
liams, William S. G. Williams and Julia B. Williams, his wife,
to the Oheb Sholom Congregation of Baltimore city, a body
corporate, duly incorporated under the laws of Maryland, of
all their, the said grantors', right, title and interest and estate,
in and to a lot of ground situated in the city of Baltimore and
State of Maryland, at the corner formed by the intersection
of the northeast side of Eutaw place and the northwest side of
Lanvale street, fronting ninety-six feet on Eutaw place, with
an even and equal depth northeasterly of one hundred and
thirty feet to Jordan alley; said sale and grant being evidenced
by the following deeds to the said body corporate, viz: one
from Charles Morton Stewart, Eugene Levering and William
H. Blackford, trustees, dated the tenth day of November,
eighteen hundred and ninety-one; another from Robert K.
Waring and Kate M. Waring, his wife, dated the twenty first
day of October, eighteen hundred and ninety-one; another
from Charlotte R. Williams, dated the thirteenth day of
November, eighteen hundred and ninety-one; and another
from William S. G. Williams and Julia B. Williams, his wife,
dated the eighteenth day of December, eighteen hundred and
ninety-three; and recorded, respectively, among the land
records of Baltimore city, in Liber J. B., No. 1368, folio 215,
&c., in Liber J. B., No. 13(58, folio 217, &c., in Liber J. B.,
No. 1368, folio 242, &c., and the last one left for record among
said land records, on the third day of January, eighteen hun-
dred and ninety-four; and to the holding and disposing of the
same, according to law, by the said body corporate.

Tenth. To the deed in fee simple from Henry C. Thorburn,
administrator d. b. n. e. t. a. of Elizabeth Lawson, to the trustees
of the Zion Church of the city of Baltimore, of certain real
estate in said city of Baltimore; said deed bearing date the
thirteenth day of November, eighteen hundred and ninety-
three, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore city
in Liber J. B., No." 1474, folio 193, &c.
