FRANK BROWN, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR.

the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber G. R. No. 602,
folio 466, &c., and to the deed of assignment from William
A. Fisher and Jasper M. Berry, assignees in bankruptcy of
Joseph A. Thomas, to the said Trustees of the Central
Methodist Episcopal Church South, in the city of Baltimore,
dated the twenty-sixth day of February, in the year eighteen
hundred and seventy- three, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore city, in Liber G. R., No. 602, folio
464, &c. Fourth. To the sale and grant by the trustees of
the Central Methodist Episcopal Church South, in the city
of Baltimore, to the Har Sinai Congregation, of the city of
Baltimore, of all that lot of ground in the city of Balti-
more, on the north side of Lexington street, and more
particularly described in a deed of assignment from the
trustees of the Central Methodist Episcopal Church South,
in the city of Baltimore, to the Har Sinai Congregation,
of the city of Baltimore, dated the twenty-eighth day of
February, in the year eighteen hundred and seventy-three, and
recorded among the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber G.
R., No. 602, folio 46S, &c. Fifth. To the sale and grant to
the Har Sinai Congregation, of the city of Baltimore, of the
several lots of ground on the northeast side of Bolton street,
in the city of Baltimore, which are particularly described in
the four following deeds to said Congregation : The first
from Charles Cole, dated the 18th day of August, 1893, and
recorded among the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber J.
B., No. 1461, folio 191, &c. The second from Joshua
S. Rawlings, dated the 18th day of August, 1893, and
recorded among the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber J.
B., No. 1461, folio 193, &c. The third from Walter Ball, and
Ann Eliza Ball, his wife, dated the 22d day of August, 1893,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore city, liber
J. B., No. 1461, folio 454, &c.; and the fourth from Benjamin
M. Heighe, dated the 23d day of September, 1893, and
recorded among the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber J.
B., No. 1467, folio 213, &c.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved February 28th, 1894.
