corporation shall have full power to establish and locate branch
offices at any other place or places.

Management.

SEC. 6. And lie it enacted, That the said corporation shall
have power by its by-laws to provide for the appointment of a
board of managers, officers and agents or any of them, and to
organize the said corporation in any way that, in its judgment,
may best subserve the purposes for which it was created.

|
Effective.
|
SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 364.
AN ACT to repeal Section one hundred and sixty-five of
Article ten of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Dorchester County," sub-title "Fences," so far as it
applies to the third Election or Vienna District of said
County.

Repeal.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section one hundred and sixty-five, article
ten of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Dorchester County," sub-title "Fences," so far as it applies to
third election or Vienna district of said county, be and the
same is hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 366.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Mont-
gomery County to pay to Anna T. Hays and Josephine
Waring, executrix of the last will and testament of Rachel
Waring, deceased, a certain sum of money on account of
taxes paid in error.
