FRANK BROWN, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR.

Springfield Mill, said two acres and thirty perches more or less
to be deeded in exchange for a certain other portion of land
known as part of Hotel Heights avenue, and passing through
the land of said church, and described and referred to in
section 6 of this act, and said land to be held for said church
and according to the form of government of said church.

SEC. 4. Be it enacted. That said board of trustees is further

enabled to receive by deed from Louis H. Schultz and wife a
certain portion of land, being a parcel four feet wide and
beginning four feet from the present southwest corner of the
enclosed cemetery, and enacted herein to be sustained under
deed of Louis H. Schultz and wife, in the year 1893, section
1, and extending four feet outside of said enclosure to the
intersection of the rear line of the grant of George Pattison to
said church, said four feet of land to be in exchange for a cer-
tain other parcel of land to be deeded to Louis H. Schultz, as
provided for in section 5 of this act.

SEC. 5. Be it enacted, That said board of trustees of said
church is hereby enabled and empowered lo make deed to
Louis H. Schultz in exchange for that parcel of land men-
tioned in section 4 of this act, and described as a portion of
land four feet wide extending along the northeast and south-
west enclosures of said church properties, of all that tri-angular
portion of land lying outside the present enclosures of said
church properties and within the enclosed field of said Louis
H. Schultz, and along the county road on the west side, said
tri-angular portion of land containing one-sixth of an acre of
land, more or less, and being a portion of the original grant of
the late George Patterson to said church, excepting in this
transfer, four feet on the outside and along the line of the
present enclosure, which is hereby retained to the church.

SEC. 6. Be it enacted, That said board of trustees of said
church is enabled and empowered to make deed to Frank
Brown in exchange for that parcel of land described in section
3 of this act, containing two acres and thirty perches, more or
less, of all that part of Hotel Heights avenue now open as an
avenue, thirty feet wide, and hereby deeded for road purposes
only, said avenue extending from the county road on the north-
east through the properties of said church to the rear line on
the southwest of the same, and being on and of lands origin-
ally granted to said church by George Pattison and James
George, Sr., deceased.
