SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That on or before the
first day of March in "each year, said corporation shall file with
the Insurance Department of this State, a statement of its
affairs, showing its condition on the thirty-first day of December
next preceding such statement, but shall not be required to
make the deposit with the Insurance Commissioner mentioned
in section 128 of said article 23 of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, as amended by the Act of 1892, chapter 488.

Shall file a

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the time of the
existence of said corporation shall be unlimited.

SEc. 4. And be ,it, further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date "of its passage.

Approved February 14th, 1894.

CHAPTER 23.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter one hundred and fifty-three, passed
at the January Session of the General Assembly, eighteen
hundred and nintey entitled an Act to protect the owners of
docking ponds of Dorchester County, and to re-enact the
game so as to read as follows :

Effective.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That chapter one hundred and fifty-three, passed at the
January session of the General Assembly, eighteen hundred
and ninety, entitled an act to protect the owners of ducking
ponds of Dorchester county, be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted so as to read as follows :

Repeal.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That it shall not be lawful for any
person or persons to shoot or trap wild fowl, muskrats or other
game, of to set snares or nets or fish the same in any pond,
creek or marsh, which is private property of any citizen of
Dorchester county, without the consent of the owner; pro-
vided, previous notice in writing has been posted in two
conspicuous places near such ponds, creek or marsh, or adver-
tisement of such notice in a newspaper printed in Cambridge.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That any person or persons vio-
lating the provisions of the preceding section shall be liable to
