SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the clerk of the Circuit
Court for said county shall make out a certified list of all the
registered voters of said district, and furnish the same to the
judges of election for said special election, and that the pro-
visions of the Act of Assembly passed at the January session
of 1890, chapter 538, shall in no wise affect or be applicable to
the election directed by this act to be held, as hereinbefore
provided.

Duty of clert.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That notice of ten days be
given by the sheriff of said county of said election.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 3d, 1894.

CHAPTER 219.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter five hundred and twenty-one of
the Acts of Assembly, passed at the January session,
eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, entitled "An Act for
the better protection of deer in Garrett County."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That chapter five hundred and twenty-one (521) of
the acts of Assembly, passed at the January session, eighteen
hundred and eighty-eight, entitled an act for the better pro-
tection of deer in Garrett county, be and the same is hereby
repealed.


Repeal.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 3d, 1894.

Effective.

CHAPTER 220.

AN ACT to authorize the Board of County Commissioners
of Worcester County to appropriate money belonging to the
free school fund of said county, towards building and repair-
ing school houses in said county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly cf
