LAWS OF MARYLAND.

CHAPTER 194.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter four hundred and fifty-seven of
the Acts of eighteen hundred and ninety-two, approved
April 7th, 1892, entitled an Act to regulate the deposits of
money in the hands of public officers of Kent County, in
the National Banks at Chestertown.

Repeal.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That chapter four hundred and fifty-seven of the
acts of eighteen hundred and ninety-two, entitled an act to
regulate the deposit of money in the hands of public officers
of Kent county, in the National Banks at Chestertown, be and
the same is hereby repealed.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 3d, 1894.


CHAPTER 195.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Chapter
412 of Acts of 1892, entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments, Section 38 of Article 8 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil County," sub-
title "Birds and Game."

Repeal.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
the State of Maryland, That chapter 412 of the acts of 1892,
amending section 38 of article 8 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil County," sub title "Birds and
Game," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments, so as to read as follows:

Game law.

SEC. 38. It shall not be lawful to shoot, trap or kill, or in
any manner destroy or expose for sale, any partridge or rabbit
in Cecil county, between the tenth day of January and the
first day of November; nor any woodcock, between the first
day of January and the tenth day of June; nor any rail-bird
or pheasant, betweeri the first day of February and the fifth
day of September, in each year, in Cecil county; and the pos-
session of any of the birds or game mentioned in this section
