CHAPTER 196.
AN ACT to prohibit the sale of spirituous or fermented
liquors or lager beer at any place in Garrett County,
within two miles of Wilson's and Bayard Stations, on the
West Virginia Central Railroad.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for the clerk of the
Circuit Court of Garrett county, Maryland, to issue license to
any person or persons to sell spirituous or fermented liquors or
lager beer at any place in Garrett county, within two miles of
Wilson and Bayard Stations, on the West Virginia Central
Railroad.

CHAPTER 197.
AN ACT to repeal, amend and re-enact Section six hundred
and fourteen of Article four of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Justices of the
Peace and Constables," as amended by Chapter six hundred
and fifty-one of the Acts passed at the January session of
eighteen hundred and ninety-two.
SECTION 1.Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section six hundred and fourteen of article Repeal
four of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "City of Balti-
