Where un-
lawful to lay
railway
trades.

corporation to lay any railway tracks upon Baltimore street,
between Patterson Park avenue and Canton street, in the city
of Baltimore, or oft Barclay street, in the city of Baltimore,
or on Biddle street, in Baltimore city, between Broadway and
Maryland avenue; provided, however, that nothing contained
in this act shall prevent the crossing of Barclay street, by any
companies duly authorized, without the consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

Approved March 31st, 1894.

CHAPTER 161.

AN ACT to repeal Section three hundred and nineteen (319)
of Article ninety-three (93) of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Testamentary Law," sub-title "Wills," and to
re enact the same with amendments.

Repeal.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section three hundred and nineteen of article
ninety-three of the Code of Public General Laws, title
Testamentary Law," sub-title "Wills," be and the same is
hereby repealed and re enacted with amendments so as to read
as follows :

State, when
valid.

SEC. 319. Every will or other testamentary instrument made
out of the State, shall be held to be valid in Maryland, if the
same be made according to the forms required by the law of
the place where the same was made, or by the law of the
place where the testator was domiciled when the same was
made, or according to the forms required by the law of this
State; and if the testator was originally domiciled in Mary-
land, although at the time of making the "will," or at the
time of his death, he may be domiciled elsewhere, the said will
or testamentary instrument then so executed shall be admitted
to probate in any Orphans' Court of this State; and when so
admitted shall be governed by and construed and interpreted
according to the law of Maryland, without regard to the lex
domicilii, unless the testator shall expressly declare a contrary
intention in said will or testamentary instrument.
