CHAPTER 90.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Chapter
two hundred and thirty-four of the Acts of 1886, entitled
"An Act to authorize the County Commissioners of Balti-
more County to appoint two additional constables for the
9th election district of Baltimore County, one of whom
shall be appointed for and from the Village of Towsontown,
and shall be also a special officer of the Village," as follows :

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Baltimore county
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to appoint an
additional constable for the 9th election district of Baltimore
county, for the third election precinct, who shall reside in the
Village of Towsontown.

CHAPTER 91.
AN ACT to incorporate the town of Mount Airy, in Carroll
and Frederick Counties.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the citizens of Mount Airy, in Carroll and
Frederick counties, be and they are hereby constituted a body
corporate by the name of the mayor and council of Mount
Airy, and by that name may sue and be sued, and have and
use a common seal.
