CHAPTER 656.
AN ACT to remit a fine imposed upon Aaron Grollman and
paid into the State Treasury.

Preamble.
|
WHEREAS, Aaron Grollman, of Baltimore city, on July 25,
1892, was fined twenty-five dollars by Thomas H. Hamilton, a
justice of the peace for Baltimore citv, for violation of section
31 of article 56 of the Code of Public General Laws, relative
to hawkers and peddlers; and

Preamble.

WHEREAS, Said fine was, on November 21, 1S92, remitted
by the Governor, but the certificate of remission did not reach
the justice of the peace until he had paid said money into the
State Treasury.
|

|
Appropria-
tion.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted, That the Comptroller of the
Treasury be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
draw his warrant upon the Treasurer in favor of Aaron
Grollrnan, for the sum of twenty-five dollars.

CHAPTER 657.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Commission-
ers of Wicomico County in their discretion to build a draw
bridge across Wetipquin Creek, at Wetipquin ferry, in
Tyaskin district, in said County, (to take the place of said
Ferry) and to levy a sum of money on the assessable prop-
erty of said County, for the purpose of building said bridge.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the Coun ry Commissioners of Wicomico
county be and they are hereby authorized and empowered in
their discretion to build a draw bridge across Wetipquin creek
at Wetipquin ferry (to take the place of said ferry), in Tyas-
kin district, in said county.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the County Commissioners
of Wicomico county be and they are hereby authorized and
empowered to levy a sum of money on the assessable property
of said county, fur the purpose of building the bridge afore-
said, mentioned in section one of this article.
