CHAPTER 79.
AN ACT to repeal Section one hundred and sixty-six of Article
eleven of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
" Frederick County," sub-title " Frederick," as re-enacted by
Section one of Chapter eight of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at January session of eighteen
hundred and ninety-two, relating to the publication of the
list of qualified voters of Frederick City.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section one hundred a'nd sixty-six of article
eleven of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Frederick County," subtitle "Frederick," as re enacted by
section one of chapter eight of the acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, passed at January session, eighteen hundred
and ninety-two, be and the same is hereby repealed, and no
publication of the entire lists of qualified voters of Frederick
city shall hereafter be required.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Chapter 61
of the laws of Maryland, 1S90, title "An Act to enable the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to appropriate a sum
of money annually for the relief of Saint Joseph's House
of Industry of Baltimore."

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
chapter 61 of the Laws of Maryland, 1890, title "An act to
enable the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to appro-
priate a sum of money annually for the relief of the Saint
Joseph's House of Industry of Baltimore," be and the same is
hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows, viz:
