CHAPTER 644.
AN ACT to amend the charter of the Paint and Powder Club
of Baltimore City, by authorizing it to be managed by
fifteen directors.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Paint and Powder Club of Baltimore City,
a corporation duly incorporated under the provisions of article
23 of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, relating
to social, dramatic and musical societies or associations, and
the incorporation thereof, be and the same is hereby authorized
to be managed by fifteen directors, who shall possess the same
qualifications and be elected in the same manner, and when
elected shall have the same powers, rights and duties as are
or shall be provided in respect of directors of corporations
incorporated under the provisions of said article, in and by the
said article 23 of the Code of Public General Laws or any
amendments thereto.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the twelve directors
already provided for by the certificate of incorporation of said
corporation, be and they are hereby authorized to elect three
additional directors to manage with them for the first year the
concerns of the corporation.
