CHAPTER 78.

AN ACT to add three new sections to Article eleven, Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Frederick County," sub-title
"Election Districts," to be numbered Section one hundred
and six A, one hundred and six B, and one hundred and six C
dividing election district number twelve, in said county, into
two polling or election precincts, and providing for the regis-
tration of voters and the holding of elections therein.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That three new sections be added to article eleven,
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Frederick County," sub-
title "Election Districts," to be numbered sections one hundred
and six A, one hundred and six B, and one hundred and six C,
and to read as follows :

New sections.

106 A. The twelfth election district of Frederick county is
divided into two separate and distinct polling or election pre-
cincts, viz., all that part of said election district lying without
the corporate limits of the town of Brunswick, in said county,
shall be and constitute the first of said precincts; and all that
part of said election district lying within the corporate limits
of said town of Brunswick, shall be and constitute the second
of said precincts; and the County Commissioners of said
county shall designate the place of holding the election polls
in each of said precincts.

106 B. The Governor shall, upon the requisition of the
officer of registration, duly appointed for said twelfth election
district, cause to be delivered to the sheriff of Frederick
county, addressed to said officer of registration, books or regis-
tries of voters, such as are required by law for each of said
two election precincts; and the sheriff shall forthwith deliver
the same to said officer of registration, who shall endorse upon
the book and write at the head of each of said registry of
voters the name of the county and the number or name of the
election district and the number of the election precinct of
which such books are to be the registry of voters, respectively;
and the clerk of the Circuit Court for Frederick county shall,
