CHAPTER 511.
AN ACT to encourage the killing of Hawks and Owls in
Charles County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Charles county are
hereby authorized and directed to levy a sum of money that
may be necessary at their annual levy in April, 1906, and
each year thereafter, as a surplus to pay for the killing of
hawks and owls in Charles county.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any person who shall kill

any hawk or owl (small owls and fish hawks excepted) shall
be paid the sum of twenty-five cents per head for each hawk
and twenty-five cents for each owl, upon presenting to the
County Commissioners the scalps of the hawks and the
pwls and make affidavit that the same was killed in Charles
county subsequent to the passage of this Act by the person
who presents the same, to be paid out of the surplus levied
as aforesaid.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 512.
AN ACT to incorporate the Nottingham Gun and Rod Club
of Prince George's County, Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Michael J. Tighe, Frederick Dallam, James B.

Belt, Richard N. Ryon, Charles A. M. Wells, Clarence M.
Roberts, Edward A. Fuller, James W. McKee and William
Muelheisen, and such other persons as may hereafter be
associated with them, and their successors, be and they are
hereby constituted a body corporate by the name of the
" Nottingham Gun and Rod Club of Prince George's County,
Maryland," the purposes of whose existence are: The social
intercourse of its members, the participation in field sports,
and their co-operation in the stocking and the preservation
of game, birds and animals in Prince George's, Calvert and
Anne Arundel counties, Maryland; the principal office of
said corporation shall be at Nottingham, Prince George's
county, Maryland.
