CHAP. 506

Sanction and
consent
given.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
be and it is hereby given to the bequest to the Church of
Christ in Hagerstown, Maryland, of the sum of one thousand
dollars, as contained in the last will and testament of Sarah
C. Eavey, late of Washington county, deceased, which will
bears date March 25, 1904, and is recorded in the office of
the Register of Wills for Washington county, in Liber J,
folios 540, etc.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
Approved April 3, 1906.

CHAPTER 506.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 110 of the Acts of 1892, repeal-
ing and re-enacting with amendments Section 188 of
Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title " Dor-
chester County," sub-title "Furs," relating to the protec-
tion of Muskrats and Otters in said county; also repeal-
ing Section 189 of the same Article 10, and re-enacting
the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 188 of Article 10 of the Code of Public

as re-enacted by Chapter 10 of the Acts of 1892; also
Section 189 of said Article 10 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments, so as to read as follows :
188. No person shall trap, shoot or in any way or manner
