SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 465.
AN ACT to regulate the building of Blinds in the Chesa-
peake Bay, opposite the shore line of Anne Arundel
county, on the western side of said bay.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That from and after the passage of this Act it shall

not be lawful for any person to erect any booby blind or
brush blind within the waters of the Chesapeake Bay, oppo-
site the shore line of Anne Anrundel county, on the western
side of said bay, without having obtained from the clerk of
the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel county an annual license
for said blind.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any applicant for a license

shall pay to the clerk of the Circuit Court a license fee of
five dollars.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That after licensing and location

SEC 4. And be it enacted, That no blind so located shall at
any time be placed in over eight feet of water or over one
thousand yards from the Anne Arundel county shore line.

provisions of this Act shall, upon conviction before any
justice of the peace of Anne Arundel county, be fined not less
than five or more than twenty-five dollars for each and every
violation of this Act.
SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to reimburse Michael Jenkins, a citizen of Balti-
more City, for a certain amount advanced by him to the
relief of suffering occasioned by the recent conflagration
at Millington, in Kent county.
