SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the said corporation, by

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the said corporation shall

for the management of its property and the regulation of its
affairs as it may think proper and advisable, and from time
to time repeal, amend or re-enact the same, provided that
the same shall not be inconsistent with the law of the con-
stitution and discipline, rules and regulation of the German
Baptist Brethren of the Eastern Maryland District Meeting;
and provided further, that when such by-laws shall be
adopted and made by said body corporate they shall not be
repealed, amended or re-enacted except by the concurrence
of two-thirds of the qualified voters present at the district
meeting of Eastern Maryland of the German Baptist Brethren
assembled in annual council.
SEC. 6. And be ii enacted, That the said corporation, under

by donation, gift, grant, devise, bequest or otherwise, any
property, real, personal or mixed, in the State of Maryland,
or in any other State of the United States, in behalf of and

grant, convey, lease or otherwise to dispose of, and to execute
such trust as may be confided to said corporation, the whole
to be under the supervision of and amenable to the said
district meeting of the German Baptist Brethren of Eastern
Maryland.
SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That the said corporation shall
