the General Assembly of Maryland in Chapter 528 of the
Acts passed at the January Session, 1890; and also to
repeal Sections 172 A of Article 18 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Queen .Anne's County,"
sub-title " Fish and Terrapins," as enacted by the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland in Chapter 514 of its Acts
passed at the January Session, 1892, and in lieu of the
sections repealed to enact certain sections regulating the
taking, catching and capturing of fish in the tributaries of
Chester river, within the jurisdictional limits of Queen
Anne's county and in Eastern bay and its tributaries
within the jurisdictional limits of Queen Anne's county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 168 of Article 18 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Queen Anne's County,"
sub-title " Fish and Terrapins," as repealed and re-enacted
by the General Assembly of Maryland, in Chapter 594 of
its Acts passed at the January Session, 1890, so far as the
same relates to the taking, catching and capturing of fish in
the tributaries of Chester river, within the jurisdictional
limits of Queen Anne's county; and also that Sections 169,
171, 172, 173 and 174 of the said Article 18 of the Code of

Repeal.

Public Local Laws of Maryland, title " Queen Anne's
County," sub-title "Fish and Terrapin," so far as the same
relate to the tributaries of Chester river within the juris-
dictional limits of Queen Anne's county, and also that Sec-
tions 171 A, 172 A, 173 A, 174 A, 175 A, 176 A and 177 A of
said Article 18 of the Code of Public Laws of Maryland,
title "Queen Anne's County," sub-title "Fish and Terra-
pins," as enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland in
Chapter 528 of its Acts passed at the January Session,
1890; and also that Section 172 A of said Article 18 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Queen
Anne's County," sub-title "Fish and Terrapins," as enacted
by the General Assembly of Maryland in Chapter 514 of its
Acts passed at the January Session, 1892, be and the same
are hereby repealed so far as they apply or relate to the
waters of the tributaries of Chester river, within the juris-
dictional limits of Queen Anne's county, and to the waters
of Eastern bay and its tributaries, within the jurisdictional
