fications and contract the County Commissioners shall accept
said bridge and make payment for same, otherwise the said
bridge shall be rejected and deferred until the contractor has
faithfully complied with the contract as agreed upon.
SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the County Commissioners

of said county be and they are hereby empowered and author-
ized in the event of having rejected all proposals or bids
received under Section 5 of this Act, believing the same to
have been excessive, to either again advertise as prescribed
under Section 5 of this Act or proceed to have built said
bridge and do all things necessary to carry this Act into
effect:
SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That the County Commissioners
of said county shall cause to be entered into a book the

amount received from sale of bonds under this Act; also
keep an accurate account of all expenditures or cost of what-
soever, kind that may be made in connection with the build-
ing of said bridge, and to have the same published in a news-
paper published in Calvert county.
SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from date of its passage.

CHAPTER 69.
AN ACT to repeal Section 101 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title " Baltimore County,"
sub-title "Fish," and to repeal Section 102 , of said
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Baltimore County," sub-title "Fish," as the same
was repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 476 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at its
January Session, 1898, and to re-enact said two sections
with amendments.
