bridge shall be rejected and deferred until the contractor has
faithfully complied with the contract as agreed upon.
SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the County Commissioners

received under Section 5 of this Act, believing the same to
have been excessive, to either again advertise as prescribed
under Section 5 of this Act or proceed to have built said

Public Local Laws of Maryland, title " Baltimore County,"
sub-title "Fish," and to repeal Section 102 , of said
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Baltimore County," sub-title "Fish," as the same
was repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 476 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at its
January Session, 1898, and to re-enact said two sections
with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
