CHAPTER 304.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of St.
Mary's County to levy a sum of money not to exceed five
hundred dollars ($500) to build a school house for white
children, at or near Abells, in the Seventh Election Dis-
trict of St. Mary's County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of St. Mary's county

be and they are hereby authorized to levy a sum of money
not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500) for the building of
a school house for white children at or near Abells, in the
Seventh Election District of St. Mary's county.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the board of County
School Commissioners of said county shall contract for the

building of said school house by bids in the usual form,
awarding the same to the lowest responsible bidder, pro-
vided said bid does not exceed five hundred dollars ($500).
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 305.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter 361 of the Laws of Maryland,
1904, in relation to the preservation and recording of
plats filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
for Baltimore County, and to re-enact all prior Acts in
relation to the preservation and recording of plats in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore
County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Act of 1904, Chapter 361, in relation to the

preservation and recording of the plats filed in the office of
the clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore county be and
the same is hereby repealed, and all Acts prior thereto in
relation to the preservation and recording of plats in the
office of the clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore county,
be and the same is hereby re-enacted and the plats which
have been placed in tubes in accordance with Chapter 361
