of the laws of Maryland, 1904, shall be recorded in the plat
books and land and mortgage records of the office of the
clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore county as plates
were recorded prior to the Act of 1904, Chapter 361, of the
laws of Maryland.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
Approved April 2, 1906.

CHAPTER 306.
AN ACT to abolish the office of Road Commissioner of
Queen Anne's County, under the Code of Public Local
Laws, title " Queen Anne's County," sub-title :t Roads,"
Sections 230 A, 230 B and 230 C, as enacted by the Acts of
1904, Chapter 63, at the expiration of the term of office
of John Bishop, who was elected to said office at the
General Election held November 7, 1905, to serve for a
term of two years, from April 1, 1906.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the office of road commissioner of Queen Anne's

county, under the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Queen Anne's County," sub-title "Roads," Sections 230 A,
230 B and 230 C, as enacted by the Acts of 1904, Chapter
63, be and the same is hereby abolished at the expiration of
the term of office of John Bishop, who was elected to said
office at the general election held November 7, 1905, to serve
for a term of two years from April 1, 1906.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That from and after the
passage of this Act, no person shall be elected or appointed
to the office of road commissioner of Queen Anne's county.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
Approved April 2, 1906.
