CHAP. 301

CHAPTER 301.

AN ACT to repeal Section 253 of Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-
title " Wild Fowl," as repealed and re-enacted with
amendments by Chapter 61 of the Acts of 1900, and
re-enact the same with amendments, as follows :

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 253 of Article 2 of the Code of Public

Fowl," be and the same is hereby repealed as enacted by
Chapter 61 of the Acts of 1900, and re-enact the same with
amendments, to read as follows :
253. It shall not be lawful for any person to shoot wild

fowl from any booby blind or brush blind on the waters of
Severn river, in Anne Arundel county, except on Monday,
Wednesday and Saturday of each week; or upon the waters
of Magothy river, in the aforesaid county, except on Tues-
day, Thursday and Saturday of each week; nor upon any of
the said waters in said county on any day from the first day
of May to the first day of October, in each year.
253 A. It shall not be lawful to establish any booby blind or

brush blind on or upon the waters of any of the aforementioned
rivers in Anne Arundel county, at a distance of over one
hundred and fifty yards, in a direct line from the natural
shore.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
Approved April 2, 1906.

CHAPTER 302.

AN ACT to prohibit the sale of spirituous or fermented
liquors within one and one-half miles of the Public School
House at Bartholows Election District No. 9, Frederick
County, Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
