for the first offense, and for each offense thereafter he shall
be fined as above directed, and his license may be suppressed
at the discretion of the court.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or parts of

Acts inconsistent herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed, but this Act shall not be construed as repealing the
Act of 1892, Chapter 374, nor Sections 77, 78, 79 and 80 of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Worcester County,"
sub-title "Bishopville," nor Section 129 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Worcester County," sub-title
"Liberty Town."
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 300.

AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the Gen-
eral Assembly to the sale, grant and conveyance to
" Trinity Methodist Episcopal Church, South," a body
corporate, by Susan R. Cronmiller, Catharine Cronmiller
and Hester W. Coale, of a lot of ground at Laurel, Prince
George's county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction and consent of the General Assem-

bly of Maryland be and the same is hereby declared, given
and granted to the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of
ground, of about fifty by one hundred and fifty feet, on
Montgomery street, in the town of Laurel, Prince George's
county, to Trinity Methodist Episcopal Church, South, a
religious congregation of said town, duly incorporated under
the laws of this State, by Susan R. Cronmiller, Catharine
Cronmiller and Hester W. Coale, by their deed, dated the
———— day of March, nineteen hundred and six, and duly
recorded among the land records of Prince George's
county, and that fee simple title to said lot vest pursuant to
said deed absolutely in said corporation, its successors and
assigns, to its own and their own use and behoof.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
