CHAPTER 276.

AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to a certain gift by deed of Eliza-
beth D. Ridgely to Joseph Stoner and others, trustees of
the Meadows Branch Congregation of the German Baptist
Brethren in Woodberry, Baltimore, Maryland, now incor-
porated under the name of the Meadow Branch Congrega-
tion of the German Baptist Brethren of Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
of Maryland be and the same is hereby declared, given and
granted to the gift of Elizabeth D. Ridgely to Joseph Stoner
and others, trustees of the Meadow Branch Congregation of
the German Baptist Brethren in Woodberry, Baltimore,
Maryland, now incorporated under the name of the Trustees
of the Meadow Branch Congregation of the German Baptist
Brethren of Maryland, of a lot of land in Woodberry, Balti-
more city, Maryland, by deed of record, among the land
records of Baltimore city, in Liber J. B. No. 1309, folio 504,
etc.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
Approved April 2, 1906.

CHAPTER 277.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the balance
of the claim of Charles H. Oehm and Charles W. Oehm,
co-partners, trading as Oehm's Acme Hall, for new uniforms
and altering and converting old uniforms and parts of same,
furnished the Fourth Regiment Infantry, Maryland
National Guard, by order of Williard Howard, Colonel com-
manding.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Comptroller of the State be and he is hereby

directed to draw his warrant upon the Treasurer of the State
for the sum of five hundred and twenty-nine dollars and
seventy cents ($529.70), in favor of Charles H. Oehm and
