17 of the Public Local Laws, title 'Prince George's
County,' and Sections 1, 2, 13, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24
of Article 25 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
County Commissioners,' and all other laws so far as the
said sections and laws may be inconsistent with the pro-
visions of this Act," and also to repeal Chapter 567 of the
Acts of 1902, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments Section 282 of Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title 'Prince George's County,' sub-
title 'Roads,' as amended by the Act of 1900, Chapter
346," and also to repeal Chapter 591 of the Acts of 1904,
entitled "An Act to repeal Sections 281, 294 C and 294 G
of Article 17 of the Act of Public Local Laws, title
'Prince George's County,' sub-title 'Roads,' and to repeal
and re-enact with amendments 279, 280, 285, 287, 288,
291, 293, 294, 294 D and 294 E of said Article and to add
a new section thereto, and to immediately follow Section
282 to be designated as Section 282 A, and to enact
certain sections as a part of Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title 'Prince George's County,' sub-
title 'Roads,' to be designated as Sections 278 to 290,
both inclusive, and to revive Sections 1, 2, 13, 19, 20, 21,
22, 23 and 24 of Article 25 of the Code of Public General
Laws, title 'County Commissioners,' as repealed by Chap-
ter 346 of the Acts of 1900, so far as last named said
sections of the Code of Public General Laws apply to
Prince George's County."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 346 of the Acts of the General Assembly

of Maryland, passed at the January Session, 1900, the title
of which Act is hereinbefore stated in the title of this Act,
and that Chapter 567 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland, passed at its January Session, 1902, the title
of which is also stated in the title of this Act, and that
Chapter 591 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, passed at its January Session, 1904, the title of which
is also stated in the title of this Act, be and the same are
