CHAPTER 248.

AN ACT to amend Article 27 of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Crimes and Punishments," by adding thereto
a section to follow immediately after Section 447, under
the sub-title "Procedure, Indictments, Amendments," to
be known as Section 447 A.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Article 27 of the Code of Public General Laws,

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 346 of the Acts of 1900, entitled
" An Act to create a Board of Road Commissioners for
Prince George's County, Maryland, who shall have charge
of all public roads and bridges of said county, to provide
for the maintenance of same and to repeal Sections 278,
278 A to 290, both inclusive, sub-title 'Roads,' of Article
