SECTION 1. Be it enacted Ity the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sum of fifteen hundred dollars, or so much
thereof as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby ap-
propriated for the use of the said Public Records Commis-
sion of Maryland, to be paid by the Treasurer of the State
of Maryland out of any moneys in the State treasury not
otherwise appropriated, upon the warrant of the Comptroller.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 5, 1906.

CHAPTER 212.

AN ACT to provide for an additional Justice of the Peace
for the Third Election District of Montgomery County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Governor be and is hereby authorized and
empowered to appoint an additional justice of the peace ir
and for the Third Election District of Montgomery county,

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this- Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 213.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of St.
Mary's County to levy a sum of money not exceeding five
hundred dollars, to build a school house for white chil-
dren at or near Stacia Springs, in the Third Election Dis-
trict of St. Mary's County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
