SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

CHAPTER 210.

AN ACT to amend the Charter of the German-American Bank
of Baltimore.

Section 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

be and the same is hereby amended by adding four sections
thereto, the same to be known as Section 18, Section 19,
Section 20 and Section 22, respectively, and to read as

the day next preceding the day of the election, shall be
entitled to one vote (no more and no less) for every share
