Section 58 C. And said County Commissioners shall meet
at their office in Bel Air for the transaction of the business
of their office at least one day in each week, but not more
than two days in each week, except from the first Monday in
March until the annual levy is made in each year they shall
meet as often as the public business requires.

CHAPTER 204.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 2 and 3 of Chapter 63 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1896, en-
titled "An Act supplementary to an Act for Founding a
College in Chestertown," passed at a session of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, 1782, Chapter 8, authorizing
the establishment by the Visitors and Governors of said
College of a Department of Pedagogy, and to re-enact said
Section 3 with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 2 and 3 of Chapter 63 of the General

Repeal and
re-enact.
|
Assembly of Maryland of 1896, entitled "An Act supple-
mentary to an Act. for founding a college in Chestertown,"
passed at a session of the General Assembly of Maryland,
1782, Chapter 8, authorizing the establishing by the visitors
and governors of said college of a Department of Pedagogy,
be and the same are hereby repealed, and that said Section
3 of said Act of 1896 be and the same is hereby re-enacted
with amendments, so as to read as follows :
3. The visitors and governors of Washington College may,
in their discretion and in accordance with the provisions of

Sections 11 and 12 of the original Act of incorporation, of
which this Act is intended to be a supplement, authorizing
the issuing to the graduates of this department who may
have satisfactorily completed the prescribed course, and who
have attained the age which is now or may be hereafter pre-
scribed for teachers, under the public school law of Mary-
land, a certificate which, when signed by the State Board of
Education, shall authorize the said graduate to teach for one
year from the date thereof in any of the public schools of
the State, established under the authority of the public
