CHAP. 201

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, be and

it is hereby authorized and empowered to enter an agreement
with the duly constituted officers of the " Childrens' Play-
ground Association " (Division Eight, United Women of
Maryland), for the maintenance of childrens' playgrounds
in the city of Baltimore, for such length of time and upon
such terms as the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore may
deem advantageous.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved March 30, 1906.

CHAPTER 202.
AT ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Prince
George's County to pay to Joseph K. Roberts, Esq., the sum
of sixty dollars ($60) for his services as acting State's Attor-
ney, appointed by the Court for the prosecution of Walter
A. Henning and Charles Lee, and of Charles Tolson and
of Harry Burns, Numbers 33, 21 and 27 Criminal Trials at
the October Term of the Circuit Court for Prince George's
County in the year nineteen hundred and four, the said
Joseph K. Roberts having acted under said appointment
during the absence on account of sickness of M. Hampton
Magruder, the State's Attorney for said County.

land, That the County Commissioners of Prince George's
