SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 515 of the Acts of the General Assembly

CHAP. 199

of Maryland passed at January Session, 1904, entitled " An
Act to add an additional Section to Article 12 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title 'Garrett County,' sub-title
'Justices of the Peace and Constables,' defining the juris-
diction of justices of the peace, said section to be designated
as Section 135 A," be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved March 30, 1906.

CHAPTER 200.

AN ACT to give and declare the sanction of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the Deed from John S. Donnell
and others to the Third Church of the Brethren in Christ.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland,

be and it is hereby declared and given to the deed from John
S. Donnell and others to the Third Church of the United
Brethren in Christ, dated December 13, 1865, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore city in Liber A. M. No.
292, folio 138, etc., conveying a certain lot of ground in Bal-
timore city, State of Maryland, at the southwest corner of
Lombard and Fulton streets, fronting eighty feet on Fulton
street with an even depth for width all the way and fronting
two hundred and two feet on Lombard street.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

more to contract with the Childrens' Playground Associa-
tion (Eighth Division, United Women of Maryland), for
