Madison Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore.

records of Baltimore city, in Liber R. O. No. 1808, folio
67, etc.

97. To the bequest of William H. Shock of the sum of
four hundred dollars to the trustees of Madison Avenue
Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore city for the benefit
of the Sunday-school of the Clifton Avenue Methodist Epis-
copal Church of Baltimore city.

98. To deed from John Yox ancj. Ida B. Yox, his wife, and
Lena . Cornhardt to C. Herbert Richardson, trustee, dated
October 13, 1905, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore county in Liber W. P. C. No. 290, folio 189, of
one acre of ground, more or less.

99. To deed from Charles T. Cockey, Sr., surviving trustee,
to C. Herbert Richardson, trustee, dated November 6, 1905,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore county in
Liber W. P. C. No. 291, folio 480, etc., the same being fully
described therein by metes and bounds and containing
fifteen-sixteenths of an acre, more or less,
100. To deed from Annah D. Linton and John W. Linton,
her husband, to C. Herbert Richardson, trustee, dated August
17, 1905, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore
county in Liber W. P. C. No. 288, folio 243, the same being
for two acres of ground, more or less, described therein.
101. To the bequest of twenty dollars contained in the
last will and testament of Sophia V. Chambers, late of Balti-
more city, deceased, to Waters Chapel, African Methodist
Episcopal Church of Baltimore city, said will bearing date
the 23d day of November in the year 1895, and recorded
among the record of wills of the Orphans' Court of Baltimore
city, in Liber No. 97, folio 179, etc.
102. To the sale, grant and deed made and executed by
Charles L. Fulton and Maria D. Fulton, his wife, of three
lots of ground on Fayette street in the city of Baltimore to
Waters Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church of
Baltimore city, said deed bearing date of the 28th day of
October in the year 1896, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore city in Liber R. O. No. 1646, folio 249,
etc., and to the sale, grant and deed made and executed by
