91. To the legacy of one hundred dollars and the contin-
gent gift of the balance, remainder and residue of her estate
given by the last will and testament of Rosina Sparth, late
of Baltimore city, in the State of Maryland, deceased, to the
first German New Jerusalem Church in the city of Baltimore,
State of Maryland, a body corporate of the said State, the
said will having been duly probated and recorded in the
office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore city in wills
liber T. W. M; No. 73, folio 28.

92. To the Fifth Evangelical German Reformed Saint
Pauls Church Congregation, a body corporate, of Baltimore
city, to take and hold the property situate at the southwest
corner of Broadway and Pratt streets, in Baltimore city, as
described in the deed hereinafter referred to, and that the
grant thereof by a deed dated the ninth day of May, A. D.
1904, and duly recorded from the vestry of Trinity Church,
in Baltimore city to the said body corporate, is hereby sanc-
tioned.

93. To the bequest to the Sheareth Israel Congregation of
Baltimore city and to the electors of the Baltimore Hebrew
Congregation, tinder bhe name of the Baltimore Hebrew
Congregation, said bequest having been made by the last
will and testament of Babette Schloss, late of Baltimore
city, deceased, said will bearing date the 24th day of May,
1905, having been duly admitted to probate by the Orphans'
Court of Baltimore city and being of record in the office of
the Register of Wills of said city, in wills liber B. E. S.
No. 96, folio 313, etc.

94. To the sale, grant and deed from the Madison Avenue
Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore to the "Trustees
of Clifton Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore
city," dated January 6, 1906, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore city in Liber R. O. No. 2214, folio 1,
etc.

95. To the deed from German H. Hunt and Francis A.
Crook to the Madison Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church
of Baltimore, dated February 17, 1888, and recorded among
the land records of Baltimore city in Liber J. W. S. No.
169, folio 6, etc.
