87. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Anna Maria Schwarzer, late of Baltimore city,

deceased, said will bearing date the 21st day of April, 1901,
and is recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore city, in Liber B. E. S. No. 96, folio 532, etc., as
follows :

(a) To the Rev. Father Rector of St. James Catholic
Church the sum of four hundred dollars; (b) to the Rev.
Father Rector of the Redemptorists of the House of Studies
at Ilchester, the sum of three hundred dollars; (c) to the
Little Sisters of the Poor, the sum of one hundred dollars ;
(d) to the School Sisters of Notre Dame, the sum of one
hundred dollars; (e) to Saint Anthony's Orphan Asylum
for German children, the sum of one hundred dollars; (f)
to Saint Joseph's German Hospital, the sum of hundred
dollars; (g) to Oblate Sisters of Providence, the sum of one
hundred dollars, and all her furniture, clothing, linen, pic-
tures, etc.; (h) and to the Rev. Father Rector of Saint James
Catholic Church, the rest and residue of her estate.

88. To the bequest of five hundred and sixty-four dollars
and sixty-three cents, contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Francis Cox, late of Baltimore city, deceased, to
the vestry of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the
Ascension of Baltimore, Maryland, said will having been
duly admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore
city, and duly recorded among the testamentary records of
said court.

89. To the bequest of fifteen hundred dollars contained in
the will of Joseph Barghans, sometimes called Joseph
Bankhouse, late of Howard county, Maryland, deceased, to
St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church at Laurel, Prince
George's county, Maryland, said will being dated the 10th
day of April, 1900, and now of records among the testamen-
tary records in the office of the Register of Wills of Howard
county aforesaid.

90. To the devise and bequest made and contained in the
last will and testament of Ellen Newcomer, late of Wash-
ington county, deceased, of six thousand dollars to the Safe
Deposit and Trust Company of the city of Baltimore, Mary-
land, to be held by them in trust for the Christian Church
at Beaver creek, and paid to them according to direction of
