Company of Baltimore city, bearing the date of June 7,
1905, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore
city, in Liber R. O. No, 2151, folio 54, etc.

83. To the declaration of trust from Caroline Donavin to
Ferdinand C. Latrobe, dated July 9, 1886, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber J. B.
No. 1103, folio 39, etc., and especially to the limitations
and uses thereby raised and created to take effect after the
death of the said Caroline Donavin, lately deceased.

84. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Honora C. Haugh, late of the city of Baltimore,
deceased, said will bearing date of the 3d day of June, 1901,
and is recorded in the office of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore city in Wills Liber S. R. M. No. 87, folio 4,5, etc.,
as follows :
(A) To three hundred dollars to the Sisters of the Visita-
tion, Mount de Sales, Maryland.
(B) To one thousand dollars to the Little Sisters of the
Poor.
(C) To one thousand dollars to St. Ignatius Catholic
Church.
85. To the deed and grant by Walter C. Carroll and Lelia
H. Carroll, his wife, to the Vestry of St. John's Parish of
Montgomery county, Maryland, of a lot of ground situate,
lying and being in the town of Glen Echo, in said county,
described as and being lot numbered nine (9) in block
number twenty-two (22) in the National Chautauqua of Glen
Echo, Montgomery county, Maryland, and. being duly
recorded among the land records of Montgomery county, and
to the holding of said lot by said vestry in fee simple, with
full power to sell, lease, mortgage or in any way to dispose
of the same.
86. To a lease of a lot of ground from Lewis J. Lederer
and Harriet S. Lederer, his wife, to the Evangelical Lutheran
Church of the Incarnation of Baltimore city, said lease
bearing date of January 2, 1906, and recorded among the
land records of Baltimore city, in Liber R. O. No. 2200,
folio 246, etc.
