68. To deed from John T. Kraeger and wife, dated May
2, 1889, and recorded among the said land records in Liber
J. B. No. 1240, folio 234, etc., to the aforesaid grantee.

69. To deed from Charles J. Bouchet, dated March 31,
1897, and recorded among the said land records in Liber R.
O. No. 1667, folio 425, etc., to the aforesaid grantee.

70. To assignment from Joseph S. Kreting, dated Decem-
ber 12, 1895, and recorded among the said land records in
Liber R. O. No. 1593, folio 293, etc., to the aforesaid
grantee.

71. To assignment from Minnie G. Breitschwert, execu-
trix, etc., dated October 22, 1892, and recorded among the
said land records in Liber J. B. No. 1416, folio 205, etc.,
to the aforesaid grantee.

72. To deed from Francis Pyznar, administrator, etc;
dated third day of January, 1906, and recorded among the
said land records in Liber R. O. No. 2200, folio 325, etc.,
to the aforesaid grantee, the grantee, in clauses 62 to 72,
both inclusive, being the Most Reverend James Gibbons,
Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, for the time being,
and his successors, in the Arch-Episcopal See of Baltimore.
73. And also to the deed from Matthew Frederick Rein-
hardt et al, to Peter Koucz, dated June 6, 1881, and recorded
among the said land records in Liber F. A. P. No. 901, folio
217, etc., covering a part of said property referred to in
said clauses 62 to 72, both inclusive.

74. To the bequest of one thousand dollars contained in
the last will and testament of Margaret Jane Smith, late of
Baltimore city, deceased, to St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Baltimore city, said will bearing date of the
thirteenth day of December, 1898, and recorded in the office
of the Register of Baltimore city, in Liber B. E. S. No. 95,
folio 59.

75. To the bequest of one hundred and twenty-five dollars
to the Franklin Square Presbyterian Church of Baltimore
city, contained in the last will and testament of Maria A.
