Pennsylvania avenue, one hundred and sixty-seven feet south-
erly from Dolphin street, and running thence southeasterly

on Pennsylvania avenue seventy-seven feet, by an even depth of
one hundred and forty-three feet to Wilmer alley, from Bev-
erly J. Bolding and wife, to the Board of Education Church
Extension, worn out preachers and widows and orphans and
connectional trustees of the African Methodist Episcopal
Zion Church, which deed is dated June 1, A. D. 1905, and
is recorded among the land records of Baltimore city, in
Liber R. O. No. 2149, folio 104, etc.

62. To the following deeds and assignments to the Most
Reverend James Gibbons, Roman Catholic Archbishop of
Baltimore, for the time being, and his successors in the
Archepiscopal See of Baltimore, the said deeds covering
the property now occupied by Saint Stanilaus Church at the
southwest corner of Aliceanna and Ann streets, and together
forming a lot fronting on Ann street one hundred and fifty
feet, with an even depth on Aliceanna of one hundred and
seventy feet (excepting) two lots fronting on Aliceanna street
fifteen feet two inches and sixteen feet, respectively, and
having a depth of one hundred and twenty feet and forty
feet eleven inches, respectively, viz.: Deed in fee from Wil-
liam A. Schwab et al., dated July 15, 1903, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber R. O.
No. 2024, folio 21, etc.

63. To assignment from John Gotz and wife, dated April
13, 1880, and recorded among the said land records in Liber
F. A. P. No. 865, folio 541, etc., to the aforesaid grantee.

64. To assignment from Gerhard H. Brockschmidt, dated
April 13, 1880, and recorded among the said land records
in Liber F. A. P. No. 866, folio 333, etc., to the aforesaid
grantee.

65. To deed in fee from Roger T. Gill, trustee, dated
March 11, 1898, and recorded among the said land records
in Liber R. O. No. 1723, folio 275, etc., to the aforesaid
grantee.

66. To assignment from George L. Amend and wife,
dated April 13, 1880, and recorded among the said land
records in Liber F. A. P. No 866, folio 19, etc., to the afore-
said grantee.
