Bank stock to the trustees of South Baltimore Station of
the Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore.

54. To the contingent bequest of one thousand dollars
($1,000) to the Home for the Aged for the Methodist Epis-
copal Church of Baltimore city.

55. To the contingent bequest of two hundred dollars
($200) to Maryland Sunday-school Union.

56. To the contingent bequest of five hundred dollars
($500) to the Home for the Aged of the Methodist Episcopal
Church of Baltimore.

whomsoever may be at the time the owner thereof, to the
St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Woodberry, in
Baltimore county, Maryland, of a lot situate at the north-
west corner of Third avenue and Chestnut avenue, in Balti-
more city, described in two parcels and together having a
front on Third avenue of eighty-five feet with an even depth
of one hundred feet to an alley, and to a deed in fee simple
of a part of the same lot of ground from Jacob H. Fair to
the St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Woodberry,
in Baltimore county, which deed is dated the 24th day of
June, A. D. 1904, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore city in Liber R. O. No. 2082, folio 200, etc.
