of Baltimore, contained in the last will and testament of
Louisa Catherine Belt, late of Baltimore city, deceased, bear-
ing date the eleventh day of April in the year 1903, and
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
city in wills Liber S. R. M. No. 91, folio 147, etc.
23. To the following devises and bequests to and for the
use of the several religious denominations as contained in
the last will and testament of John P. Dean, which will is
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
county, namely: To the trustees of the Asbury Methodist
Episcopal Church, Reisterstown, Baltimore county, Mary-
land, the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00). To the
Woman's Foreign Missionary Society of the Methodist Epis-
copal Church, the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00).
24. To the following devises and bequests to and for the
use of the several religious denominations as contained in
the last will and testament of Annie Virginia Helms, which
will is recorded in the office of Register of Wills for Balti-
more county, namely: To the Trustees of Mt. Gilead Meth-
odist Church, Baltimore county, Maryland, the sum of one
hundred dollars ($100). To the trustees of Mt. Gilead
Methodist Protestant Church, Baltimore county, Maryland,
the sum of three hundred dollars ($300).
25. To the bequest made by and contained in the last
will and testament of Sarah Swartzbaugh, late of Carroll
county, deceased, to the Centenary Methodist Episcopal
Church of Westminster, Maryland, ($50).
26. To the acquisition and holdings of certain lots of ground
in Baltimore city by the trustees of the Evangelical Lutheran
Church of the Redeemer, a body corporate, as described in
a deed from Charles Spilman and wife to the said corpora-
tion, bearing date the 20th day of October, 1904, and
recorded among the land records of Baltimore city, in
Liber R. O. No. 2103, folio 543, etc.
27. To the bequest of two hundred dollars ($200) to St.
Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in Taneytown, in Carroll
county, Maryland, made by Mary E. Johnson, late of said
county, deceased, in her last will and testament, duly
admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of Carroll
