Frederick county, Maryland, said will being dated Septem-

ber 26, 1904, and admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court
of Frederick County, Maryland, on October 25, 1904, and
as found recorded in Liber W. B. C. No. 1, folio 47, etc.,
one of the will records in the office of the Register of Wills
for said county.
19. To the bequest of five hundred dollars contained in
the last will and testament of David M. Brengle, late of
Frederick county, deceased, to the Council of the Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Frederick, Maryland, said will bearing
date September 26, 1904, and recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills for Frederick county, Maryland, in record
of wills, Liber W. B. C. No. 1, folio 47, 48 and 49.
20. To the bequest of Louisa Catharine Belt, deceased, of
one thousand dollars, as contained in her last will and testa-
ment, to the Vestry of the Church of St. Michael and All
Angels, Baltimore.
21. To the sale and grant made by John M. Bowie and
Sarah B. Bowie, his wife, to the trustees of Mt. Oak Metho-
dist Episcopal Church, South, of Queen Anne district, in
Prince George's county, Maryland, a body corporate, duly
incorporated under the Public General Laws of the State of
Maryland, of all their, the said grantors' right, title, interest
and estate in and to a tract or parcel of land situated in
Queen Anne district, Prince George's county, State of Mary-
land, containing six acres and three thousand, eight hundred
and thirty-five ten-thousandths of an acre of land, which is
more particularly described by metes and bounds in the said
deed, the said sale and grant being evidenced by the follow-
ing deed to the said body corporate, viz: A deed from John
M. Bowie and Sarah B. Bowie, his wife, to Walter Duckett,
Grafton C. D. Townshend, John Peach, Edward S. Walker,
Joseph R. Jennings and W. H. Heffner, trustees of Mt. Oak
Methodist Episcopal Church, South, of Queen Anne district, in
Prince George's county, Maryland, dated the twenty-seventh
day of May, in the year 1905, and recorded on the sixth
day of June, 1905, among the land records of Prince
George's county, Maryland, in Liber No. 24, folio 307, and
to the holding of the same as a parsonage and cemetery
lot and to disposing of the same according to law by the
said body corporate.
